Sculptra

An FDA-approved injectable that helps gradually replace lost collagen—the most common protein in the body that is used to form a framework to support cells and tissue—for results that can last up to two years. Sculptra may stimulate collagen growth which helps to restore facial volume and the look of fullness to wrinkles and folds over time.

Collagen production in the body decreases as you get older and/or are exposed to the sun. Wrinkles are on of the first visible signs of this. Sculptra is injected into the deep lay of the skin where collagen naturally exists and is made. It is injected with multiple small injections using a fine needle in a grid patter to correct a wrinkle.
