Payment Information

We accept cash, American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover. Checks are not accepted for cosmetic filler and Botox appointments.

Please note that we are unable to add gratuity to credit card transactions (only cash, check or Venmo).

Spa43 Policies

CANCELLATIONS
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee. For no-shows or same-day cancellations, a $100 fee will apply. We understand that emergencies can arise. If this occurs, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Exceptions to this policy may be granted at management's discretion.

TREATMENT DEPOSITS
- CoolSculpting Session: $150
- BBL/Halo/ProFrac Laser: $150
- Microneedling: $100
- Botox: $50
- Fillers: $250
Deposits are required to secure your selected treatment date and will be applied to your total cost, due on the day of your appointment. If you cancel or fail to attend your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Please note that all packages must be paid for in advance.
