I believe healthy aging starts with prevention, not correction. My goal is to help patients understand that healthy skin is about more than what we put on the surface - it is connected to the health of the whole person. I take an individualized, inside-out approach to help patients feel confident in their skin while supporting their health and longevity for years to come.
Casey Kreuser, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in skin longevity, healthy aging, and hormone optimization at RENEW. Her approach looks beyond the surface — incorporating nutrition, metabolic and gut health, hormone balance, and lifestyle strategies to support healthy skin and healthspan from the inside out. She also assists Dr. Hill with regenerative aesthetic treatments and is pursuing advanced training in aesthetics.
Casey earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Grand Valley State University and her Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular & Developmental Biology from the University of Michigan. She is NCCPA board certified and licensed in Michigan, and is currently pursuing certification as a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).
Casey's passion for skin health and prevention began through early exposure to dermatology and deepened through her clinical training. Today, she's especially drawn to the intersection of longevity medicine and skin health — helping patients build individualized, proactive plans for how they look and feel as they age.
Outside the office, Casey enjoys strength training, running, traveling, and baking decorated sugar cookies — and is a proud dog mom to her Maltipoo, Leo.
